In April 2023, a 39-year-old man came to our clinic with ongoing issues of pain and discharge from the perianal region, a problem he has faced since 2019. Initially, he relied on antibiotics to manage these symptoms, but traditional medicine provided him with minimal relief. This lack of progress led him to explore alternative options, and he eventually turned to homeopathy for treatment.

The issues began in 2019, marked by pain and discharge in the perianal area. Despite six months of antibiotics, his condition showed no significant improvement. Although an MRI was recommended to delve deeper into his condition, he chose to pursue homeopathic remedies, hoping for a better outcome.
As of his latest medical check-up, he reports no pain or pus discharge— a substantial improvement from his initial symptoms. His bowel movements are regular, occurring once each morning, and while he sometimes experiences hard stools, the previous issue of blood in his stools has thankfully resolved. He maintains a robust appetite, drinks 1-2 litres of cold water daily, and continues his daily routine, walking 3-4 km as part of his job responsibilities.
Ccube Homeopathy Clinic give best fistula homeopathic treatment.
The patient has no significant past medical issues. However, his family history is notable for non-insulin-dependent diabetes mellitus (NIDDM) in his mother and masiji.
He has a desire for non-vegetarian food and experiences profuse sweating, especially while eating. His job involves moderate physical activity, which aids in managing his health condition effectively.
Throughout his treatment journey, he has been prescribed a homeopathic remedy based on the totality of symptoms, tailored specifically to his needs, which he has followed as directed:
General condition improved. Experienced discharge of pus with overall improvement after swelling on 14th and 23rd August.
Free from pus discharge and pain, feeling considerably better.
Reported no health complaints and felt in good general health.
After a period of 4-5 months without medication and remaining symptom-free, he experienced a recurrence of mild pain and swelling for the last 7-10 days, which followed the consumption of outside food and non-vegetarian dishes. He managed this flare-up with ongoing doses of his homeopathic medication.
Successfully managed increased swelling and pain with prescribed doses and sitz baths.
