A 70 year old woman presented at our clinic unable to sit or walk due to the excruciating pain caused by the inflamed and congested hemorrhoids.She is a lady who has been in constant woe since years because of both her personal life and health problems. She has been suffering from blind piles since many years. She took many treatment but never got any relief. Few days before visiting our clinic, she consumed spicy food and this aggravated her complaint multifolds. After the intake of this, she developed distressing pain in the anal area. She was also given medicine to prevent recurrences along with some dietary management like including more fiber rich food in her diet. At present, she is being treated here for severe cough along with some cardiac complaints which she developed lately.
